m1225 remote mic and speaker

I need info on hooking up 2 remote stations to 1 radio,
each station shall need 1 mic and 1 speaker and hopefully one station will have a speaker volume control.

The radio in question is a m1225.

The radio can be used for one of the stations.

Any help will greatly appreciated.
