Replacement paint?

Post by Pj »

I am sure that most of us has a fairly scaped up radio chassis, so is there a good way to paint it back to the orginal color? Does Motorola have a replacement spray paint or something that could be used?

Thanks!

I believe that the chassis is powder coated.

The paint comes in spray cans. When you order they will sell you a package of 2 cans - cost somewhere over $30.00 for the 2 cans.

BTW - shadow bronze is the dark grey color that is used on CCII panels. cabinet doors, Maratracs, etc - very handy to have on hand.

Reviving an ancient thread here... 8)

Anyone know the current Moto part number for the white 'cream' color paint used on a Quantar repeater cabinet?

Thanks in advance,

Jim
