Lots of possibilities...

Is the power source on ignition only?
If so, is the ignition on?
Have you properly grounded the radio?
Is the fuse blown?
Does the radio power on in a test environment (i.e. does it power on from a known-working power supply?)

Hello. It does not power up from a known good power supply. Is there an on-line manual to help me out with the install? Thanks. Henry

You didn't supply much info, did you hook up the main power wire and the ignition sense wire? Do they both have power going to them?

Hello. Thanks for all your help. In my haste to complete the job I "forgot" to hook up the ignition sense wire. Once I did, all systems go! But, during the trouble shooting process I created another problem. A topic for another category. Henry
