Need Help radio Identification

I have a mobile radio that looks like a maxtrac (square buttons) but the sticker on the front says Motorola Radius.
This radio won't interact with the Maxtrac or GM300 software.
Anyone know why?? Is this another model radio?

The Radius model line is very similar to the MaxTrac. The model numbers are different, but they use the same accessories and other than the name on the front, and a different volume knob, they're hard to tell apart.

Naturally they use different programs. You would need something called RADMBL to program the Radius Mobile radios.
