Motorola 1550 xls for ham use.

Hello I was just wondering if it is legal to use the 1550's on the ham bands.
Also if it is not what if any trouble can my company get in.

It is perfectly legal to use the radio on the ham bands, provided the operator is a ham and all ham rules are followed.

There are many people who have both commercial and ham frequencies in their radios.
