STATION ALRET ALARM
I will be using a maxtrac and the horn lights feature for a station alert reciever. I need some help with the alarm ideas. I found burgaler type alarms but at 110db they are much too loud and are difficult to "muffle". Anyone have a better and inexpensive idea of some type of 12 volt alarm that is not too loud?
Here is one i have used before, it can be muffled fairly easy while still getting plenty of noise to wake the dead if needed.

It's inexpensive and worth a shot to tinker with and see if it suits your needs. They have other piezo buzzers as well if you want to try others.

Duct tape is like the force, it has a dark side and a light side and it holds the universe together.
