gmrs license

hey gang
i was looking at my gmrs license and at the botton it reads
"licencees who operate north of line A and east of line C may not operate on 462.650, 467.650,462.700 and 467.700"

what lines are they talking about?
i couldnt find anything on the fcc web-site.
any idea's?

The intent of the rule is to not interfere with Canadian stations. Canada allows GMRS but only special lower power radios.

You also have restrictions in the National Radio Quiet Zone, but since I'm in NYC I never read through the entire thing:

There may also be restrictions near the Arecibo Radio telescope in Puerto Rico. I only to get to PR once a year so it doesn't affect me too much.
