Need info on T45RTA Micor & MRF substitute for M9877 Fin

Post by WA2VNV »

I have a pair of T45RTA6B00AA Micors and am looking for MRF equil (& specs) for the M9876 driver and M9877 final transisors. I checked with RFParts.com and it's not a listed number. Any manual/schematics for Tx/Rx info also needed. What is 800-900 freq range of these Micors & Max (uncontrolled) power output. I think it's spec rating is ~35 Watts. The Rcvr front end assy is a TLF6023A-1. I got these without any channel elements, so I don't know orig operating freq. Anyone ever put one of these on 900-925 MHz area? Tnx.
