repeater sites? NJ

Post by bayfire300 »

hello everyone,
does anyone know of a place ot site(tower or building) in monmouth or ocean county NJ to put my repeater on?
i could go w/ a tower at my house but the base of the antenna will only be around 5 feet and for uhf the higher the better.

also what can i expect as in costs for site rental and a tower climber to mount antenna.

any information is greatly appreciated

Try contacting Atlantic Coast Communications.

I know of two sites, one in Holmdel and one in Freehold. I know their trunked system covers the entire state.

I'm sure they should have available space.

It will probably be pretty pricey for cental nj as sites are pretty hard to come by around here. Let us know how you make out - just curious....
