Remotes on Astro Spectra

We have an Astro Spectra L99DX+259L with 2 Zetron 280 remotes. I need to add a third 280 in our backup EOC location.

The cable run to the bacup EOC is ~750 feet wire route. The third head would not be connected to the radio in normal situations. Is this going to be an issue with the radio operation?
