Impres battery initialization

Post by 0rlando »

I just recieved a few brand new Impres batteries (NiCd) and have a question. The first charge of a battery is typically 12-16 hours for initialization, but I put a new battery in the Impress charger (single charger) and the light turned green after only a few hours, about three. Does that mean the battery is already initialized or do I still need to let it sit for another 9-12 hours (meaning the green light does not apply for the first charge)?

Thanks,
Orlando

Let it sit.
That's why the display on the chargers is good
