Antenna Entrance Panel fixture

Post by spareparts »

I am budgeting to upgrade several antenna systems at work. I need a fixture to hold several coaxial (1/2" and 1") cables as they exit the new panel on the side of the building and make a 180 degree bend onto the flat roof. Can't go through the roof (new rubber membrance roof) Ideas, comments??

Poke around on valmonts site as they have lots of hardware.
or try Tessco for their stuff http://www.tessco.com/products/displayP ... groupId=25

Post a picture of the problem. Is the roof standing seam with big ridges.

Will do on Monday. Roof is concrete on steel pan. On top of that is 4" of sprayed foam, with a torched rubber membrance. Area is New Jersey, Max winds recorded on site were 105 MPH gusts.

Basic problem is existing cables run through holes punched through the wall, one floor below, with no lightning protection, several with no grounding, feedlines flapping in the breeze.

BTW, I was considering use of 90 degree outside bends, (back to back), but it's going to limit me to coax that can safely be bent in the radius provided
