yes hi have a ge mastr exe 2 base unit i would like to know how to make it into a repeater i have been to repeater builder etc etc i need help please some let me know

First, you're on a Motorola board, not a GE board.

Second, "making a repeater" is a pretty complicated process. What exactly do you need help with?

There's a lot of information there to read and study.

There is a list of Elmers there who can probably help you.

Is this the repeater you were going to give to that guy, or are you trying to build another one to rip off someone else??

After reading all the posts on Radio Reference and a few other places i visit on the web, there is fraud alerts about you on various Motorola and GE Yahoo groups as well, i am convinced that you need to leave the batboard, we don't need scam artists here.
