i am working on a quantar,and in the middle of programming when the power goes off ,this resuts in the station codeplug corrupted,all led's lit.the station won"t do anything now.
any info or procedure on how to revive my station without sending the simm and ram for flashing to the depot?

Please explain what the LEDs (on the SCM) do from the moment of power-on. "All LEDs lit" isn't a listed failure condition. Flashing on and off, and sequential flashing are, and indicate different conditions. What do the LEDs on the wireline card do (if present)? Also, what version of firmware and RSS are you using. What band, and frequency?
It's really impossible to "brick" a Quantar. When you are writing to the radio, you are only affecting the eeprom, not the flash SIMM. Even a blank eeprom won't prevent you from writing a codeplug - any codeplug - into the unit. If you truly start with a blank eeprom, you WILL have to completely re-align it. This means going through all the module replacement screens, and doing the alignments. This is a very unlikely condition, and I only got there by actually erasing the eeprom to see what happens if you literally have to "start from scratch". Alignment data is NOT backed up when you save the archive for a Quantar. And for that reason, it isn't written to, and therefore, not likely to get corrupted when writing a codeplug. An archive from one can be put in another - even one from a different band - without complaint. It just won't work until you put reasonable data in it.
Try reading it, and see what you get. Also, try going to the status screen, and see what it says.
