What can i use to listen to Peel Police

Post by Chrome69 »

Anyone on here suggest what i can use in Motorola to listen to Peel Police here in Mississauga Canada? They are on the 866 - 867mhz band Motorola Type II SmartZone

Would like a portable but would also settle for a mobile.. Any suggestions what model to get?

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Yes a good Uniden or Radio Shack scanner. There are the BC996 model and the BC396 model which the 996 is a mobile and the 396 is a handheld.

You will see that a scanner is a lot more feasible then trying to find a radio that can do type II getting it programmed and then using it as a high priced scanner.

In addition I think that you will see you will run into a lot less trouble also if you get pulled over or a local LEO sees you with a scanner instead of a two-way radio.
