If you did not do a module swap to properly effect a band split change, you are stuck.

The low end VHF is probably the following numbers, for the synthesizer to the PA.

1. F.D.S: NFD6131A, 136-150.8

2. Rcvr. 5-pole filter(U5)(under U4):NFD6091A, 136-150.8

3. Synthesizer: NLD8201A: 136-150.8 Mhz.

4. NLD8121: 136-151 mhz, 5 watts

5. NFD6111A: 2-pole filter, 136-150.8

All the above modules MUST be replaced if you are attempting to raise your band split from the low end to the middle/upper end of the VHF portion, like 146-174 Mhz which I assume is what you were trying to accomplish with this codeplug rewrite.

If you are unable to do the work, or do not have the proper test equipment available to do the work so that your radio will be within factory specs for spectral purity and tolerances, I can be of assistance to you should you need my services.

And I will be more than happy to discuss the matter with you privately.

Thank you!
