How do SRN's work?

Post by hobbes »

I've got a A7 MT2000 with a display that stopped working. Browsing through the archives, I found a thread that seems to indicate that there is an SRN out there that addresses this issue (1394D).

So how does this work? From MOL I can "initiate a service request", and in the form I see a place to enter an SRN number. If my radio falls under this SRN, does M fix it for free, or what?

Thanks!

That's it or you can take it to a MSS and the same should happen.
For a display choose an MSS and you should get it back quicker
