Minitor IV Extended Warranty

I just recieved back a M4 I had sent back for the common "no alert" issue. I am working for a fire department, so I sent it back with that information on the pager repair excel spreadsheet. I checked extended warranty and the problem. Pager serial is MS5S which I thought was 5 year warranty and date code is DC which would put it at Feb of 2003. They fixed (swapped out) the pager and sent it back with a $78 bill, and no return label in the box this time. Do I need to call and raise heck or what?
