EP SERIES OUT OF BAND

HELLO, CAN THE EP/EM SERIES CAN BE PROGRAMMED OUT OF BAND, EXAMPLE AN 146-174 MHZ EM200 CAN HANDLE 136 A 174 MHZ,
IF SO HOW CAN THIS BE DONE.
