Bad Audio on X9000 External Rad function

Bad Audio on X9000 External Rad function

Having trouble in finding cause for bad audio in the XRAD mode. The PA is nice and clean and the siren sounds clean too. When radio is put into the XRADB the audio is distorted and sounds broken. I have changed cables, cleaned contacts, double checked wires and used a brand new speaker and the same thing happens. The audio from the mobile speaker is also clean and no problems there. Even used a new DEK box same thing. Any help would be great. Inside of siren unit looks good and clean and no strange smells, or burnt areas on any boards.
