Saber Lab, error Prompt Number 34 when writing.

When using Saber Lab D04+/-10m
I can read the radio but get the following error when writing (even without changing anything)
"Prompt Number 34"
then " A FATAL ERROR detected during BUILD therefore the RPF was not programmed into the radio personality"

PC=385 25
RIB= Polaris
Cable=Moto
RSS v 7.01 works fine
