EX600XLS Simplex Display

Post by 545 »

A friends EX600XLS radio automatically shows the "arrow" on simplex channels. Mine does not. I have gone through the software and cannot figure out how to do this. Does anybody have any suggestions? I am using CPS 6.04. Thanks in advance!

make shure your transmit and recieve are totaly equal, transmit matches recieve, pl/dpl match on both, and signaling match on both and see if that makes a difference. i've seen that go away if you have like a dpl on transmit and csq on recieve.

Your trick did it Jeff. I took the MDC signalling off the the receive (transmit was set to none), and it indicates simplex on the display now. Thank-you!
