Anyone know what a KVL-3000 Plus currently sells for from M.???

Will a T3011DX work to load keys into an Astro portable or mobile that is enabled for OTAR?

about $1000 for the hardware
up to $850 for the software depending what sort of system
from $300 to $1550 depending on the algorithm(s) you want.
