SW Leaf or Desk mic PTT

Hi!
I need the sw leaf (ptt switch) for desk mic HMN3000 or 1038 to reapair some units. The P/N is 4084711E03 or If the are substitute for. The Brazilian Dealer don`t have this part. I can pay by Paypal o Visa.
