hex value for mt1000 scan???

hex value for mt1000 scan???

can anyone tell me which hex value is for the scan feature on an mt1000? i have a 6 ch lowband that i cannot get to scan and it has been activated through rss. wondering if i can activate it through hex editing. any input???
