Jedi transformer use with waris
I have a waris charger I would like to use, but do not have the transformer- I DO have a jedi transformer, can I mix them?
The Waris adaptor is 18 volts, but the Jedi adaptor is only 13.8. I have had customers bring their chargers in because the red light would begin blinking within a few minutes of a bettery being inserted. It turned out they had mixed up their Jedi adaptors with the Waris chargers. I have also seen where it doesn't seem to cause any issues, but it'd be best to use the proper adaptor.

ACK. I was told and was able to confirm, that a waris charger with a jedi transformer usually stops charging to early, bringing on the green LED, but the battery has 20% charge or so.wavetar wrote:The Waris adaptor is 18 volts, but the Jedi adaptor is only 13.8. 15V are OK for both chargers, when traveling I use a small adjustable switched power supply, always set to 15V, to be used with both chargers.
