Does anyone know of the model number or where I can get info on the black style desktop/console phones that most PSAP's are or have used in the past.
The only sticker on the back says someting like T1389 or something to that effect. However, when I do a search under that on line I get nothing to come back.
So does anyone know??? I am more or less looking for what the description on some of the features are.
Thanks in advance to anyones help.

Sorry I re-read my post and I could see how some might think it is a desktop remote for radios.
This however is NOT the case. This is a telephone only with a small pill shape/sized sticker with the number T1389 (or something similar) to that.
This has a 15 pin telephone style plug on the back, a four pin moduler connector for record line out and a switch to select what type of phone netowrk it is interfacing into.
If I can snag a pic of it tomorrow I will but as I said it is a desktop style telephone. This type of phone was very common for the Centracom button/LED and Centracom II+ consoles.
