JT-1000 Programming Problem

Post by orthlawncare »

I currently have two JT's and they both have differnt programming codes. One I forget the password to. I have the side keys to them. Is there a programming code that will bypass the current code to allow me in to program?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

take it to your local radio shop and have them read the radio and they can tell you the number. if you don't know it i don't know any other way around it without reading it.

I never check PM's so don't bother, just email me.
I won't reply to a hotmail, gmail, aol or any other generic free address, if you want me to reply use a real address.
STOP ASKING ME FOR SOFTWARE OR FIRMWARE, I JUST FORWARD ALL OF THE REQUESTS TO THE MODERATORS

If you read the JT1000's in regular RSS (The same RSS that the Visar/HT1000 takes), there is a field for that, and it will allow you to view any current set FPP passwords.

The "Default" JT1000 password is 581000 (JT1000 'spelled' out on the DTMF pad)
