Spectra Help Needed

I have a uhf spectra I need some help with. I bought it used and it basically works but the audio is poor. The specific complaint is hash or raspy noise when a carrier is present.

The audio is normal on static or on tones. I replaced all the caps in the radio and the warp is adjusted spot on. I swapped other control heads, other speakers, other power supplies nothing seems to help much. Any suggestions?

Leaked (past tense) capacitor damage.

Leads to a blown audio PA chip.
