Anyone use this service

I often wonder why people do this.

They take the time to sign up for an account, wait for the e-mail to come notifying them the account is enabled, then come back here to enter account information, then just post garbage advertisements.

I'm sure it doesn't work, my first impression of this company whoever this ass works for is rage, and in fact I'm sure I'll avoid whatever the hell it is because I'm not even going to humor him/her/...probably from Mexico or Asia the satisfaction of me even clicking the link.
