Minitor III Confused????

I received my pager 2 days ago and when the first tones went out it beeped and toned out fine. After that the channels are not right. We have two Departments. Supposed 2 be: Channel A: my department tones and beeps, B: vibe, C: both departments tones and beeps, D: vibe. But now Channel A and B do nothing C and D have both departments tones no beeps.

However; I can turn the pager on and off and each channel works until it finishes powering up. When tones go out I can hold the reset button down and hear just fine on channel A release the button and it quits. Please help, Steve
