Post by radiokid »

Has anyone ever used this console before?

Does the quality equal their other products.

Thanks

I installed one in a Crown Vic. Nice console, the newer installs are leaning towards angled consoles. Also mounted a NP IV above it with the bracket they have pictured.

Thanks.

What all did you fit in it for you application?

I will just putting in a X9000 head, D700, and hang the W3 VHF off a mic clip mounted to the console.

It was a police install so all it has in the console is a X9000 systems 9000 head and a HLN1196 wildcard/switch box.

Gamber Johnson has always been quality stuff. I first used one of their slidemounts 30 years ago. The antenna connector arrangement was pure genius!
