I am trying to get an MC2500 up and running but have no power cable. It's supposedly 12Vdc. The power jack on the unit is a 6 pin one that looks like an S-Video connector on a TV.
Does anyone have the pinout of the power connector? I am trying to find some schematics online but they are non existant.
Also, does anyone know of an aftermarket wall wart? Motorola wants $198.00 for a new one.

Here is what's in the manual. I don't have a power supply in front of me, so I can't say if it actually puts out both 12 & 5 volts...but for $198.00 you'd think it should!

No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.

I don't believe that it actually puts out the +5V.
I have one in front of me where the wall wart died a couple of years ago. I just read the pins from a working adapter and spliced a generic 12VDC supply onto the end of the cord from the old supply.
It has been running happily for a while now without any problems.
