CDM1550LS+ weak power?

Powers on, backlight won't function (verified settings in CPS), busy LED is very faint and audio quality is very thin. Suggestions?

low voltage, insufficient powersupply, BAD GROUND...you've ruled out all the power supply issues, right?

Are you able to confirm current draw & tx power output? Many times the RF power amplifier will blow in such a way which causes the types of problems you're seeing.
