MOL return policy

Post by dxon2m »

I have a few items that I need to return to Motorola because I ordered the wrong parts. I was wondering how is the process done? Do I call their parts division? How long will it takes for the refund to process?

Thank you

If you are a Motorola Dealer it is easily done directly via MOL.If you are not best bet is to call them same number you ordered the parts from.
Motorola generally will take them back within 30 days if still in original packaging. If you bought them from a local dealer in your area check with thier return policy.
Good luck!

Thanks. I called them and they sent me a UPS return label.

Do you know how long it takes for the refund to process?

Motorola? Who knows.better to direct that to them.I have seen refunds come at 1 week to 4 months.Depends if packing slip and package is reported by intake.
