Anyone with info on the falsing problem with Minitor V. According to "M" "they are not aware of any problem"

Motorola knows there was a falsing issue at one time, the person you talked to probably didn't know there was an issue and they probably were just too lazy to ask someone. You are not going to be able to get a hold of Ron, he's been mia for quite some time. My suggestion is to get the firmware upgraded to 3.0 first, then have the pager programmed with ver 1.4 of the software which does address the falsing issue. This process seemed to work for us. If your pager is still under warranty then get in touch with the place you purchased it and explain what is happening, they should do it for no charge, or very cheaply. Motorola has a history of telling you that they have never heard of the problem before, if you dont like the answer, just hangup an re-dial, and hope you get someone else.
