Advisor Cradle NRN 8813A

HI,
I want to use such a cradle to prog some Advisor, but I dont have the UPI, I build up a simple shematic with IC that works,

My question is, how ist the pinout of the RJ11 port and why give the original UPI 1,5 Volt to the programming cradles??
