Help please with my Motorola GP340

Hi, thisi is my first post and i write for some help, my company has just bought 6 new motorola GP340 (ver. R03.08.08).

We work in a place that already use the moto gp340 as a standard radio (but they have the ver. R03.04.00 ).
They have in their pc the cps software ver.R03.01.00_it to work with their radio and to assign frequencies. This software doesn't seems to work with ours radio, the error that occurs is "this cps doesn't support this version codeplug".

So we tried to install the software R03.02.01_EN taken by ours resellers of the radio, without any succes, the error is the same.

Anyone that can help me with this please?

(sorry for my bad english...i don't write often...)

You have to get the GM/GP3xx R03.06.07 RSS or downgrade the radios.

Your reseller or your business will need to call Motorola and get the latest programming software as the radios are newer than the software.
