MCS2000 power up failure

MCS2000 power up failure

I've got a problem with MCS2000
When I power up radio, display lights for a moment, "SELF CHK" appears for a moment, red LED blinks once and all goes off. After a while it all starts again and again and again...
I've checked electronic on/off switch and it is ok
All volatge are correct

I don't have any idea what to check next. :(

As a guess, it needs ignifion sense.
