I am using the AEA 140-525 Analyzer for my tuning. Works great and my users and customers are very impressed with the improved performance and the graphic displays (using the computer software and cable).
One con is that it is limited to 140-525 MHz, but it does what I need.

We have just received the Agilent N9340A 3GHz Handheld RF Spectrum Analyzer:

You need the TG3 tracking generator option to do return loss sweeps:
http://www.home.agilent.com/USeng/nav/- ... 42/pd.html
Simply awesome performance, but at a price. You need to purchase a separate directional coupler to make return loss measurements.
For HF and low band antenna testing I use the simple Bird AT-100 Antenna Tester (covers 2 - 136 MHz). Works very well.
I can't comment on the performance of the VHF/UHF AT-400 or 8/900 MHz AT-800 units, but they might be worth a try. See:

My 331 is very old but in new condition.
Jack Mitchell had some strange notions. He sold out to Nextel but he was convinced it was a passing fad and that he could get his channels back for a song.
He wharehoused all of his repeaters and equipment for years. The Site Master looked like it was never used or rarely used. All of his later equipment was like that.
No warranty left at all. I have been cycling the nicad pack and it seems to be good.
