Help GM350

Help, After finding that I could not read a GM350 radio, i checked and on the RSS port, there is what looks to be a SMT diode or transistor 3 pin ic (could be a 8FK) after checking another radio.

Does anyone have a circuit diagram and could tell me what this component is ? one pin connected via a cap and resistor to pin 6 on the rear port, one pin is ground and the third I am not too sure about.
