Post by nlindste »

I am trying to see if there is a way to have different scan-lists for different zone's on my HT-1250.

Hopefully everybody can help.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

scan lists are not assignable to zones but they are assignable to individual modes/channels. so in a way, yes you can do that, you just have to create another scan list and assign that list to all the modes/channels in your other zone.

You can make several scan lists and assign the lists per channel on the assigned zones, once you change zones, your individual scan lists assignments will change as you have programmed them. for ie: scan-1 channels 1-16 scan list-1, zone 2 channels 1-16 scan list 2 and so on. assign the channels in the scan lists also to be scan list 1, or 2 and so on.
