Just a quick question.
i have read that others have been altering the hex codes in the older motorola GM radios and getting them to do alot more.
i only repair radios and not allowed to get into the hex codes at work. but i would like to know how to change the hex codes and what can i do with them.
its something i never got into before.
what can i change with the radio?
besides the frequency ranges. and how do i do that?
I only have access to the software regarding repairs. i can not get the firmware to alter the serial numbers.

If you haven't gone and looked at http://www.batlabs.com you need to. Then rolled down to "Model Specific Info".
Then roll down the nex menu to "Mobile Radios" and select the model you want. You should find some good
info on what you want to do there.
