AS TYPED NO RECEIVE, TRANSMIT FINE.AND YES THERE WAS A ANTENNA HOOKED UP TO IT, TRANSMITED WITH A 5 WATT HANDHELD TO SPECTRA AND NOTHING, SPECTRA GOD "WILL" WHERE ARE UUUU.?

Sounds like a "little" damage from the leaking capacitors.

More than " "a little damage" ".

Richard's Spectra has some serious capacitor leakage damage to the RF board. And the audio amplifier IC got messed up too, from leaking caps there.
