PRO series radio and CDM

Hi everybody,

Juts wonder, what is the diffrence between a PRO series mobile and a CDM mobiles, arent they the same, or are they just out of country models?

Sames goes to those HT1550 and then you have the PRO5150, wierdd.......

Any help will be apprcieate it :smile: thanks

Basically, if it says PRO in the name, then it's an import, and one worth staying far away from in my opinion. If you buy it and it works forever, great. But you can't program them, they take different CPS. Want it fixed? Forget it, you have to go through major backflips to get service.

I know they are cheaper, but consider that the radio is basically worthless out of the box in North America, you cannot buy the software and can't get them serviced easily.
