SM-120 Component values

Post by Tim »

Hi Folks,

We just got a couple of SM-120 VHF mobiles, and they both
have an older Selectone voice scrambler module in them.

We don't want to use the module, but I need to know what the values
of the resistors go back on the main PCB that they took out.

Supposedly they are R551 and R555.

If you look at the board with the speaker on the right facing
you, there is a small 6 pin connector on the board - probably
for a Mot board. Anyway, there is a 0805 part on the left of
it, and one to the right of it. I assume they are the resistors.

Anybody have a manual could look up the specific parts & where
they go?

Thanks!

Tim

Doesn't anybody have a manual?

Both the SM120 and SM50 should be the same in this regard.

Thanks,

Tim
