HT1000 Channel Expansion Help
Hello. I have RSS software r03.03.00 and am attempting to convert a 2 channel HT1000 to a 16 channel. I have entered the 0F into the offset 27 and have loaded it back into the RSS. When I go into view channels, nothing has changed. I do not know what, where to locate, or if my version of RSS has the "ADD MODE UTILITY". Can someone with some experience please guide me to find this mysterious utility that I am overlooking? Thanks!!

I don't have the rss in front of me, but you should be able to go to the screen you edit the channels in and there should now be 16 channels to choose from. If not, maybe you need to recheck your work.
Edit- I looked through the instructions on batlabs, my version does not have an add mode util, you just hit f4 and the rss should fill in the new channels with default info.

I tried to get into the screen that displayed how many channels it shows, still 2 with no option to change it. And in the view channels, only 2 still.
I will email the codeplug, let me know your email. thank you!

Re: HT1000 Channel Expansion Help
Thanks for the offer and thanks for the help. I apologise for the delay but life is busy.
Sat down with the old laptop and DOS and along with a closer look and understanding of HEX EDITOR i found that I was at the wrong offset 27. for some reason there were 2 offset 27's and I was at the wrong one. OOPS!
Thanks again.
