Unknown Locking Trunnion

Part number TLN5992A "Locking Security Trunnion" is what says on the tiny bag containing the mounting screws. The bracket is the two piece variety where the slightly smaller bracket locks into the bigger one. Anyone know what mobile(s) this is for? A search turned up zero results, I'm guessing the number was changed and/or it's for some very old mobile?

Is it possibly a TRN5992A? That is for the Maxar/Moxy models.
