Uhf Saber power

Hi All, Afriend of mine has a bunch of 438-470 mhz Saber I, 2 watt can just the PA be replaced with a 4 watt one or is is more than that to up the power?

Just the PA is all you need. The part number of the PA depends on the freq range of the radio. NLE9472A for the 440 to 470 MHz radio. You will also have to re-tune the radio once it is installed.
