HT1250 programming help

My radio was programmed with the CPS R04.00.00 and I was wondering can it still be programmed with the CPS R03.00.01/R03.30.01 all RVN9025 HT/CDM????

Nope. Once a radio has been programmed with a newer revision, there is no going back to an older version.
Amateurs train until they can do it right. Professionals train until they cannot do it wrong.
